For owner Ken Phillips, those family moments were more than just meals — they were lessons. Under the guidance of his grandmother, who taught him the patience, creativity, and heart that goes into every dish, Ken discovered his own love for cooking. What started as helping in the kitchen grew into a passion for barbecue, rooted in the value of bringing people together.
